Memphis Business Journal shares fast-growing chicken franchise’s search for savvy entrepreneurs

One thing that sets Pollo Campero apart in the crowded QSR market is that we have both millions of fans and wide-open territory. Recently, we began shifting our business growth model into high gear with hopes of expanding to more than 200 restaurants system-wide across major U.S. metro markets in the next five years. Our aggressive growth strategies have gained attention from publications nationwide, and most recently in Memphis, Tennessee.

The Memphis Business Journal recently published an article encouraging investors specifically located in Memphis, Tennessee to step forward and inquire about opportunities with our brand. With a goal of opening 10 restaurants across the state in the next five years, the publication could not have been more timely.
